Orders
From a new order to a delivered one.
Every order appears under Orders. Open one to see the items, the customer’s address and what to do next.
Order steps
- Pending: the customer hasn’t finished paying. Card payments move to paid on their own.
- Bank transfer orders: check your bank app, then choose Confirm payment received. The customer’s receipt is shown on the order.
- Paid: prepare the items, then choose Mark as sent.
- Delivered: enter the customer’s 4 digit code to confirm delivery. See Delivery.
- You can cancel an order that is pending or paid.
Offline sales
Sold something in person or on WhatsApp? Record it as an offline sale so your stock and reports stay correct.
