1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the OPNMRT platform, API, or any associated infrastructure services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are explicitly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Platform Autonomy & Merchant Sovereignty

OPNMRT acts solely as an independent commerce engine. We provide the infrastructure (servers, APIs, checkout tools); you provide the business.

• You maintain complete ownership of your store, data, customers, and revenues.
• We do not charge gross transaction fees or percentage commissions on sales processed beyond clearly stated tier limitations or third-party gateway fees.
• You can migrate off the platform at any time. Lock-in is contrary to our core philosophy.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

As an open infrastructure, we empower diverse businesses. However, to maintain the security and legality of the network, you agree NOT to use OPNMRT to:

• Sell illicit, illegal, or heavily restricted goods without appropriate licensing.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or chargeback abuse.
• Deploy malicious code, attempt unauthorized penetration testing, or circumvent our multi-tenant isolation layers.
• Impersonate any person or brand across your storefronts.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, OPNMRT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures (including payment gateways and logistics hubs).
