Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website or use the OPNMRT dashboard/storefronts. They help us remember your preferences, secure your sessions, and understand how you interact with our platform.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

We classify our cookies into three main categories:

  • Essential (Strictly Necessary): These are required to operate the OPNMRT platform. They include session tokens for authentication, CSRF protection, and load balancing routing. You cannot opt out of these without breaking site functionality.
  • Functional & Preference: These cookies remember choices you make, such as dark/light mode preferences, language settings, and dashboard layouts.
  • Performance & Analytics: We use minimal analytics tools to track load times, feature usage, and error rates to help us maintain our high-performance edge network.

3. Storefront Cookies (For Merchants)

If you are a merchant using OPNMRT to host your storefront, the engine automatically deploys strictly necessary session and cart cookies to your customers.

Note to Merchants: If you install third-party pixels (like Facebook Ads or Google Analytics) via our integration settings, you are responsible for displaying an appropriate Cookie Banner on your storefront to comply with local privacy laws.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have full control over non-essential cookies. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you disable strictly necessary cookies, critical parts of the OPNMRT dashboard, such as authentication, will not function properly.
