Delivery fees

Under Settings you choose how delivery is charged. The fee is worked out at checkout from the customer’s address.

• Standard delivery: a rate based on the customer’s state and area
• Your own flat rate, the same for every order
• Free delivery above an order amount you choose
• Pickup only, if you turn delivery off

Delivery codes

Every online order comes with a 4 digit code. It proves the order reached your customer.

1. 1Your customer sees the code on their order and in their confirmation email. You never see it.
2. 2You deliver your usual way: yourself, your staff or a dispatch rider you already use. Whoever hands over the parcel asks the customer for the code.
3. 3Open the order, enter the code and choose Confirm delivery. The order is only marked delivered if the code matches.

After five wrong codes, that order is locked for an hour so the code can’t be guessed.
