Customers shows everyone who has an account at your store or has ordered from you, with their orders and spend.

Messages

Customers can message you from your store. Reply from Messages in your dashboard. You can let BigT suggest a reply, or turn on automatic replies so customers get an answer when you’re busy.

Reviews

Customers can review products, and their reviews show on your store. You can read them all under Reviews.
